Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time may vary during periods of high order volume, new product launches, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Coven currently offers flat-rate shipping of $5 per order within the United States.

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of Coven's control.

Shipping Delays

Coven is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. If an order is returned to Coven because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
